Patricia McLaughlin
Vice President, Finance
Patricia McLaughlin is Vice President of Finance for RMD. Ms. McLaughlin joined RMD in 2019. As VP Finance, McLaughlin provides leadership for the finance function covering accounting and controls, financial planning, sponsored program support and audit interaction with outside agencies. She is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with extensive knowledge of business operations, ERP implementations, FAR and GAAP compliance along with business process re-engineering.
Prior to joining RMD, Ms. McLaughlin served as the Director of Accounting for The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory in Cambridge MA from 2003 to 2019, where she directed all aspects of the accounting operation including ERP related activities. Prior to that, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Day & Zimmermann and Computer Science Corporation (CSC).
Ms. McLaughlin has a B.S. in Accounting from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI.
