This position is in the Imaging Technologies and Applications Group at RMD.
Advanced Thin Film Technologies (ATFT) Group is seeking to junior level software engineer to work with our Machine Learning software engineer to help make intuitive, interactive, and efficient software. At RMD we develop radiation-based instrumentation for a wide variety of applications ranging from non-destructive testing to medical imaging. Each of these systems require dedicated software for data acquisition and analysis and a user-friendly interface.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing user interfaces as well as distributed systems experience for integrating software between multiple computers. The candidate will also have good technical communication skills for getting requirements from software engineers, scientists, and the system end users. The candidate should be comfortable doing independent work.
