an Employee Stock Purchase Plan that permits eligible employees
to purchase Dynasil common stock. Employees have an opportunity
to acquire common stock at a purchase price of 85% of the
fair market value of a share.

RMD encourages career growth through academic courses. To
assist those wanting to take academic courses at recognized
